  - As a Production & Project Engineer experience in various equipment regarding Refinery, oil, gas and power plant equipment. - Planning and successfully manufacturing of Hydrogen generation plant, BIO-CNG plant, Oxygen generation plant , Nitrogen generation Plant and Mechanical Equipment according to project and client Requirements. - Responsible for making daily production plan according to project requirement and meeting daily production targets. - Raw material inspection, reviewed of MTCs as per requirement. - Study of P&ID, GA Drawing, QAP, Fabrication Drawing etc. Drawings. - QAP, ITP reading and stage wise inspection of fabrication of process equipment like Pressure vessel, Heat exchangers, Storage Tank. - Plan, Organize, direct and control the daily operations. - Ensure production as per hourly Target. - Study of Drawing and Technical Specification related to material and project Requirement. - Preparation of Man Power, Material requirement, Equipment etc. - Check stage vise manufacturing & inspection of Mechanical equipment. - Handling & Supervise of all Fabrication Processes Like cutting, grinding, welding before NDT. - Testing of Compressor, oxygen Booster, Dryer, Nitrogen Plant, oxygen Plant. - Also Deal With different materials like SA 516 Gr 60 & 70, SA 240 type 304,304L, 316, 316L, SA 387. - Ensure all inspection and test are carried out as indicated on the appropriate inspection & test plan and specification for mechanical Equipment. - Inspecting of weld visual of fabrication pipe spools, Material identification as per mat code, Heat Number, Test certificated. Routine Hydrostatic test, Pneumatic Test and final dispatch activity as Requirement.
