Suraj quickly established himself as a natural leader among the group by easily grasping complex processes, eagerly sharing his knowledge with other members of the team, volunteering for stretch assignments and enriching the environment with this effortlessly positive attitude. I was not the only one who recognized Suraj's abilities so he quickly became a SME then was promoted to a leadership role. Suraj impacted the entire implementation and roll-out in a positive way.
