  At Socia, we are building a house of websites in the utility-tech space. We've launched 9 apps and websites until now and scaled our first website to 6 million+ monthly visitors. We have lately started working with a few early-stage startups to help them leverage organic traffic and build a sustainable marketing channel through their website. Learnings: - At Glennio, as we worked with a smaller team and later faced scalability issues, in this startup I built a team of 23 people (9 full-time and others interns or contractual) and focused on learning delegation from the start. Worked wonders. When things go down, your team is your strength. - Hired fresh talent as interns (low cost, high efficiency) and leveraging my learnings from Glennio regarding going deeper and hands-on with different solutions, built SOPs regarding different verticals and made training and delegation easier. - Once we made SOP’s and started doing things manually, we could figure out redundant time-consuming processes. My favourite thing at Socia was to work with the tech team to automate all these processes through tech. We started with 4 people needing to work on 1 project to automating to a level that 1 person now could handle 3 projects (websites). - Scale/pivot/grow or die is one of the biggest learnings for any entrepreneur in the fast-moving tech era. So constantly focused on R&D with my tech team and eventually with the new developments in AI built a SAAS project which we are launching very soon.   At Glennio, we built an app, ‘Videoder' which is an advanced browser with features like music and video downloading from sites like youtube, Instagram, vimeo, SoundCloud etc., inbuilt- ad blocker, VPN, mp3 converter, etc. We scaled the app to more than 100 million downloads worldwide and got to understand the value of solving small everyday use cases through tech. Videoder was our first project ever and we started it out of curiosity when we were 20. Didn't know it will open doors for us which we've only been going deeper ever since then. The ability of tech enabling you to make products from the comfort of your house and seeing them used by the entire world is beautiful. - Scaled an app to over 100 million downloads using search engine optimisation and organic growth strategies such as vernacular scaling, identifying geographies and unique gtm strategies for those, strategic partnerships. - Built a waterfall monetisation model to optimise for the highest bid and the fill rate among different ad networks for maximising revenue per placement. - Built a network of app users who subscribed and contributed in the testing and also the worldwide translations of the product. Interacting with users on that minute level gave us intangible insights to build and grow the product. - Did all of this with a hyper-efficient team of 6 people. Though it prohibited scalability but at the same time gave us an opportunity to go hands-on and into depths of practically executing variety of tasks from design of the product, to talking to customers, to testing the product etc. Show less
