During my time managing Supriya at Orange Bus I was very impressed with her technical skills and experience. Although a lot of the technologies in use on her project were new to her, she quickly picked them up and applied the software development best practises she was already familiar with. She has a very analytical mind and was always looking for ways to improve the project's code-base and efficiency. Supriya always had something constructive to contribute to Scrum ceremonies and got on very well with the rest of the team. To be honest, I feel that we were only just scratching at the surface of her abilities and that she will go on to do some great things in the future.
