      1. Design of Polynomial based lens distortion correction in Star tracker pixel tracking algorithm. 2. Design of database for predicting Star co-ordinates using Hipparcos and Tycho-2 Star catalogues, data includes Ascension and Declination of stars with proper motion data collected during the European Space Agency astrometric missions. 3. Design and testing Communication Electronics for Small Satellite Air-Bearing Testbed. I designed Bluetooth based Wireless communication electronics for transmission of control and telemetric data. The front end GUI is based on C++/FLTK. The iADCS-100 is an autonomous 'Attitude Determination and Control System' (ADCS) solution. The iADCS consists of Star Tracker (1 lens), Gyro, Magnetometer, Accelerometer Module (3 axis), Reaction Wheel (3 axis), Magnetorquer (3 axis) and integrate other external sensors such as Sun-Sensors. It incorporates the ADCS algorithms from the LEOS platform and allows full ADCS functionality like nadir pointing and autonomous target acquisition and tracking. 4. Designed Higher level software for integrating the Low Level firmware/drivers and implementation of Control Systems using Sensors and Actuators. Processing the sensor data included use of modern filters like Kalman filters. The software provides wide application capabilities including Hardware in Loop(HIL) Testing. 5. Tested Helmholtz Coils to simulate magnetic fields in space. Cubesat control tests included B-Dot testing. 6. Design of Embedded Standard Blackbox for Voltage-Current measurement, interfacing TTL to RS232/RS485, SD storage and LCD display and menu features.

I worked on 'Energy Efficient Algorithms for basestation energy management system'. I implemented various algorithms to optimise basestation energy utility for UMTS and LTE systems. My master thesis work was an investigation into design of Linear feedback systems to increase channel capacity when it is Feedback Limited in principally MU-MIMO. The principal techniques investigated were Beamforming techniques namely: 1. Zero forcing beamforming 2. Interference Alignment 3. Block Diagonalization The thesis was able to utilize a parameter of comparison called the Rate Loss Gap which quantifies the lower bound on the worst case rateloss possible. The extension by me was to apply the method to analyse Multicell Multi-user scenarios. I have subsequently written a conference paper titled: Multi-User MIMO Multi-Cell Systems: Finite SNR Rate Loss Analysis It was published during Workshop on Smart Antennas Conference 2013 at Stuttgart.
