  A full-time one month internship in the HR department at PVR cinemas was a truly an insightful experience. I learnt a lot about the structure of the organization and the role of the HR department. My roles included calling candates for interview scheduling, conducting exit interviews and screening resumes for job applications. It was a great learning experience.   A fantastic work experience on the Project HOST which aimed to impart life skills in children by engaging them in interesting, fun filled and relatable activities and challenges in a tournament.
