Involved in selecting the land, Soil test, researching the local government’s regulations of the particular area and advising the client about the approvals process. Coordinating for soil investigation including selection of borehole location and carryout site sample collection forthe borehole report Study the borehole report and assist PE to propose required foundation and depth Collect onsite soil sample and compare with original borehole data and assist PE to redesign if onsite sampe varyfrom original borehole report Involved in Surveying for in situ pile locations Participated in the pile QA tests such as PIT, CSL, Proof coring, MLT and PDA, QC tests such as bentonitequality and slump check. Involved in test pile procedure and studying the report of test pile.Checking the Material Quantity needed for the piling stage and placing Material Request. Supervised the Bored Pile Reinforcement Steel Cage, lowering Steel cages, pouring concrete at bored piles andpile rectification work, Responsible for depth confirmation Monitored the piling concreting sequence to ensure the integrity of the pile. Gained experience in all sub-structural and super-structural construction activities ( Water proofing, Rebar works,Formworks, Concreting, Chemical anchoring, Crack rectifications, Anti-termite treatment applications, Pile headpreparations, surface preparations, Floor hardening, Soil-cement applications, high strength grouting works, etc.) Inspected Trial mixes of high strength concretes and prepared reports. Checked and Reviewed contractor's submissions such as Alternative Design Proposal, Value EngineeringProposal, Method of Statement. Well-versed in checking the shop drawings and inspecting the site activities. Directly involved with the Project Architect about preplanning of the design and followed up with issues faced during the project.
