Lynne Adame

Sunny excels in developing creative strategies to engage our team members in diversity initiatives and activities. She understands the complexities of the business and actively seeks opportunities to share her knowledge and passion for D&I both within the Market as well as externally.

Cecilia Elliott, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

I would like to recommend Sunny for work in the area of Diversity and Inclusion and Talent Development. She has contributed to driving our Diversity Score Card by being a constant source of information and support. She regularly updates the Sodexho HR team on current trends and leads brain storming sessions to improve our D&I initiatives. Sunny also provides the operators with regular email updates on D&I training with easy access to links for registration and attendance. I have also had the privilege of conducting Diversity Learning Labs with Sunny and I am impressed with how fully she engages the audience and elicits great interaction. It is a pleasure to work with Sunny.
