      LiquidStack is a Tech startup which provides high energy efficient immersion cooling system for data centre. Joining the company with only 14 people in the team, I leveraged my experience in engineering to lead, and acted as multiple roles to ensure every project can be delivered on time, my responsibilities includes: Designed 2-phase immersion cooling DataTank with 3D CAD, Solidworks, including CNC machining parts, sheet metal weldment parts. Designed from scratch, a whole new automated crane system for load and unloading server up to 150kg, include the selection of servo motor, linear rail, ball screw, feedback sensors and tilting mechanism. Designed dehumidify and filtering system for immersion liquid. Worked with hand calculations and FEA (stress and modal analysis) to ensure design is within safe limit. Drafted and present DFMEA to the team in order to ensure all risks are contained with appropriate measure. Define test plan for module and machine level verification. Drafting 2D drawing with dimension tolerance, flatness, parallelism requirements. Hands on assembling on every module designed as well as defining assembling instruction for others to follow.
