  To prepare the GRN for the receipted inputs of RM/PM. To provide the GRN to QC department for sampling. To prepare daily receipt & issue, monthly stock statement, Entry tax report. To prepare expired, near to expiry & sample reports on monthly basis. To help in conducting physical count audits of the mfg. client . To issue RM/PM in ERP & ensure practice of FEFO & FIFO to be follow. Responsible for Monthly Reconciliation of RM/PM stock. Responsible for preparation of audits, visits and physical stock counts. To prepare expired, near to expiry & rejected RM/PM report & ensure the timely removal of Expired & rejected stock from floor. Responsible to provide the details of daily receipt material to QC Deptt. to obtain Analytical Report. Responsible for providing approved GRN to finance department for vendor & freight payments. Responsible for handling manpower with budgeted cost. Responsible for unloading of reported vehicle of RM/PM. FG shifting safely & proper stack wise. FG warehouse daily cleaned & checked insect killer Manpower handling & planning as per project requirement. Receiving the material of reported material in gate inward register and put stamp on document like gate entry no. date , vehicle number. The personnel collect the documents from security& check the documents of reported material Like challan,invoice,transporter details,E.way bill,COA received. Handling unloading , dispensing RM/PM.
