In case of defects observed, raise a goods return note capturing reasons for return. > To ensure that the received goods are properly accounted for as the incoming store inventory in the system. > Ensuring that Daily basis Inventory stock taking and audits are conducted to measure accuracy of inventory account and assurance off ‘move’ process at the store. C) People Management: > Ensuring that the team members and store managers are appropriately trained in the processes and procedures for receiving, transfer and replenishment of merchandise and food products at the store, and also effectively handling the same in order to minimize shrinkage.
