I relocated to fulfil this role and spearhead procurement on Carillion's Integrated Facilities Management Contract for Petroleum Development Oman. I managed an external spend of +$70m a year, which included minor projects, and led a team of +30 procurement colleagues. I optimized quality control and best practice across operations, created category management and operational teams via restructures, and implemented new technology solutions to drive P2P and stock inventory transformations.
