Not only is Josh a highly efficient, relentless coder (where he single-handedly whipped out the entire backend of Onara with multiplayer gameplay, voice/video/text chat on both mobile/web...and then the frontend), but I also value Josh as an incredible leader where he always thinks/adapts his build to user's perspective and how to best optimize their experience - and immediately breaks down the ideas into actionable tasks. He is incredibly resourceful, proactive, and independent - which allowed me to rely completely on him on all technical direction in jointly cofounding Onara, a multiplayer social metaverse. Anyone would be lucky to have Josh in, or to join his team wherever he goes.
