  I work across Secondary schools in Kent and I take lead in most of my schools. I manage the delivery of my services and have a caseload in each school. I am responsible in offering impartial careers education advice and guidance supporting all young people to make the right choices. I offer 1:1 guidance interviews, deliver group sessions and also attend parents evenings and options evenings. I am fully committed to my job role and welcome a challenge.
