Sunder is extremely easy to get along with, and works well with teams in a highly matrixed organization. My organization is a conglomerate of multiple business/sales companies, all vying for the attention and services of shared services support silos. In this organization structure, it can be challenging for a service provider to adequately balance workload and priorities, much less make all of the customers feel that their expectations are being met.
