I employ on-farm demonstrations to execute proven practical methods and experience in the poultry industry to support farmers and help them actualize their goal. My expertise as an Animal Scientist helps me to perform this role very well to taste. My commitment to building and sustaining relationships with farmers is second to none. To a distributor, I think like a customer. When people pick up the phone, they have a goal in mind and want an action completed. My goal has always been to ensure my customers get what they want. I achieve this by navigating through the competing goals of my company and that of the customer by applying what I have learned through the established communication. I stay up-to-date on current trends in technology and innovations, especially as it relates to the poultry industry and I am open to learning new skills. I place premium on knowledge and I maximize any opportunity to enhance my professionalism as I build my career. My passion and energy for excellence come with me in my day-to-day life. In addition to my career, I utilize my free time to coach young students on challenging Science subjects like Physics, Further Mathematics and Chemistry.
