I’ve known Sun since September 2009 as she served as a student assistant in the Economics Department. In her capacity, she was delegated general office responsibilities including generating e-mails, filing, and updating spreadsheets. She routinely followed through on everything that is asked of her and does so with a sense of never-failing professionalism. Sun is an ambitious, intelligent, and academically inclined young lady. I personally took a great liking to her due to her open nature, ready sense of humor, and high expectations she maintains. Her personality, energy, and ability to work with others are aligned with the types of qualities you might seek in your organization.
