Zonal offices3.Area Offices4.Production Units(Nangal , Bathinda , Panipat and Vijaipur)Project Description : This project is online enterprise marketing management system named as MMIS operating following modules1.Sales2.Inventory3.Purchase4.Financefor all working units and offices of National Fertilizers Limited. It is based on 3-tier architecture and is being developed using Oracle 10g and Developer Suite(forms 10g ,Reports 10g) along with Oracle Application server on Sun Solaris .This project consists of more then 500 forms and reports. The major challenge includes designing of an optimized database consisting of all tables ,views , indexes and various PL/SQL procedures and then developing of forms and reports using them as per the requirement of client. As the client was not clear with the requirements , the forms and reports were developed in such a way that we had to do less updation on them in mean future. All coding , designing and application based triggers were used in such a way that the 10g application gives the best performance on 3 tier architecture .It is now running in all the departments of NFL with more then 40 users accessing it at a time.Responsibilities Appointed Team Leader for a team of 6 Engineers.
