Oracle Banking PlatformFunctionality implemented enables multi product origination of Deposit, Lending, Credit card and Insurance products. The solution helps automate origination related business processes of an enterprise integrating with internal systems in a banks operating environment (e.g. Enterprise CIF, Collateral system, product processers etc.). The system integrates with external online service providers for Customer KYC, Collateral Valuation, Credit Decision, Digital settlement etc. Such integrations enable rule based straight through processing of flows for the banks thereby reducing operational costs and improving regulatory compliance. The solution is implemented at Tier 1 customer site in a multi-entity, multi-brand configuration to support end-to-end omni-channel use cases including digital, assisted and broker. A feature which is offered as a long running process like lending account origination consumes host side services as partner links through a BPEL process orchestrating the different process stages. Such a feature can be initiated from 1 channel and continued in another channel for completion. As an example from our production deployments, the lending account origination is initiated from the digital banking channel where the steps including product details, personal details, collateral & inbound document and employment are captured and submitted. As part of these steps, the process performs KYC checks against an external KYC service provider and onboards the party.Post application submit, the same can be taken forward by a banker to perform back office tasks such as capturing financial details, credit check which does credit decisioning, verification policy checks, collateral valuation, title search & perfection (where applicable) followed by offer letter generation, acceptance, account opening and funds disbursement. Funds disbursed into the account can be queried from the web or ATM channel by the customer. Show less
