  Sumonmarn Singha is Senior Policy Researcher in National Health Foundation, Thailand since 2019 -2023. The overarching goal of her research is to comparatively analyze the evolution of ideas, institutions and policies that establish social welfare and health systems in Asia. Using the multisectoral collaboration (MSC) implementation problems, Innovation and Foresight Practitioners. Her recent work using the new approach, three non-health ministries, including the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Education agreed to join the MSC to prevent and control NCDs .   She had been experienced on development and accreditation of the effective HIV prevention intervention (Thai Compendium) have commenced under the support of the GF PR DDC since 2012. Nine projects implemented by both government and non-government organizations (NGOs) including collaborative with LGBTQ organization for conducted the research. These lessons learned will be translated the research result to practical level and policy makers.
