  Worked with complete ownership of WRD affairs for entire Rajasthan state, specifically Inter-State agreements. Following key responsibilities were held: • Led and managed(HR) workforce of 500+ Government and contract employees • Handling of contracts of large magnitude, EPC contracts like Parwan Multipurpose Project & Kalisindh Major Dam project), • Construction of Infrastructure project of large magnitude like Kalisindh Dam on Kalisidh River in Jhalawar District of Rajasthan.• Concept paper & pre feasibility reports for several Intra- State River Interlinking Projects to divert water from surplus regions to deficit regions within the State.• Obtaining clearances of projects from Ministry of Water Resources (MOWR) under Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) such as PMKSY, AIBP, Union Sponsored State Partnership Program (EU-SPP).• Obtaining Environmental and Forest clearances under FCA of river valley projects from Ministry of Environment and Forest , GOI, National Green Tribunal (NGT).• Approval and Monitoring of WRD projects funded from NABARD.• Successfully defended Rajasthan water rights under Inter State water, agreements.• Feasibility studies and preparation of DPRs for large scale inter basin water transfer from surplus regions to deficit regions like Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project • Concept paper for developing Inland PORT at Jalore.• Geo-Technical Investigations and Geo-Technical solutions during construction of water resources structures for number of Dams & Canal structures).• Regulation of Major Canal systems like IGNP, Gang & Bhakara Canal systems, Chambal Project & Mahi Project.• Arbitration matters, Litigation matters, Redressal of Grievances• MTEF, Financing and Budgeting, for WRD as a whole.• Lift Irrigation Schemes & Pressure Irrigation (Drip & Sprinkler) Schemes.• Monitoring of Narmada Major Irrigation project under AIBP.• Quality Assurance and Quality control of works.
