I had to carefully log, organize, and input data into computers. In- addition to data logging, I also helped manage and organize the boutique. It was my job to get all the clothes folded, get the high chairs and cribs assembled, and the diapers and baby food stacked. When clients came in, it was my job to greet them and to answer any general questions they may have in person or through phone. If younger children accompanied clients, I would entertain and occupy them, while their mothers and fathers did their shopping.

Camp Counselor
-
May 2013 - Aug 2013
I worked as a summer camp counselor for the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay (ISTABA). It was from this experience that I learned how to cater to the growth and development of children between the ages of 5-16. In addition,I also applied my teaching skills by teaching some Islamic studies, and beginning Arabic lessons to the campers. I also became proficient in organizing records. This included including attendance, filing incident reports, and communication between campers and their parents. I worked as a summer camp counselor for the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay (ISTABA). I volunteered for the Neonatal intensive care unit’s reception. On the phone, I took down messages from parents to nurses, transferred calls, and placed orders for office and clinical supplies. I also made copies, filed, and organized discharged patient records. I volunteered for the Neonatal intensive care unit’s reception.
