My position includes but is not limited to managing the PHP residence, aid staff and clients with temporary and permanent changes, prepare daily placements which provide transport scheduling including appointments, meetings, discharges, therapeutic activities, and additional outings, assist in monitoring clients and conducting medication observation as needed, ensure safety protocols are followed, and completing 90-day and annual performance evaluations. I also train upon hire in KIPU, emails, discharges and admissions, searches, transportation protocols and in live field driving competency in a 14-passenger vehicle, performing breathalyzer tests, obtaining urine samples and testing, medication observation, and shift lead position which encompasses much of the above and includes completing and sending out the shift report.I assist with scheduling, rotate on call with the housing manager and 2 other residential supervisors, plan holiday events, place GFS orders with our clients accounts department, manage all 3 shifts daily, manage upkeep of the housing facility, and maintain standards to meet and surpass licensing criteria.
