Reporting to HO on chronic issues received from field on time to time basis through FTR system and monitoring close loop action for same. 11. Visiting countries across ME, SAARC and SEA for DSQI audits on distributorship for maintaining highest service standards on field. 12. Motivate, guide and drive dealers for timely response and resolution of major & minor complaints. 13.
