Responsible for SCP pump rangeMajor Projects Completed: Carried out product rationalisation activity to optimize the SCP range The main objective of this project was to cut down the product range in such a manner that after rationalisation the range fulfils the market requirement. For this, the models were sorted based on their sale for last 4 years and there hydraulic coverage. As a result the range is reduced by 9 models and now pursues a better hydraulic coverage Product Benchmarking In order to upgrade product and to find the strengths and weaknesses of competitors product. The outcome of this activity was the use of Flexible flushing tubes for SCP pumps with use of 4 way vent valve and crossing out of two machining operations and an overall reduction of 70% time in assembly of flushing system.
