TROUBLE SHOOTING DEVICE : The device needs to be immediately replaced on site with buffer stock available onsite. The primary device to be repaired on site. If not repaired onsite, the primary device needs to be shipped to a central location by the service engineer on Day 1. Central service location to give time estimate for fixing the device, If estimate is more than 3 working days, new device policy to be executed to replace the buffer device. As and when the device is replenished the new device shipped can be taken back and replaced by the repaired device. TROUBLE SHOOTING APPLICATION: Trouble shoot app onsite at level 1. If not, call service number of Smarter BIZ to trouble shoot at level 2. If not, SB activates MDM to screen share and rectify problem. Service agent to activate the application again and give it to user. TROUBLE SHOOTING NETWORK: This section is to support any outage in the network at onsite location: Service engineer to build capability within the device to seamlessly move from Network 1 to 2 to 3 on pre-defined logic. Network 1 by default will be ILL Incase of outage, the device should select Broad band (Network 2) as secondary network and activate the internet services. Incase of outage of Network 2, the device should select Network 3 which will be mobile hot spotting. For mobile hot spotting, the sender device will be predefined with an activated SIM already in place for data access in SIM 2 slot. This device will be numbered. The corresponding devices as receivers will also be numbered and will be pre-defined to hot spot with primary device in ratio of 1:3. The secondary devices should get activated to receive wi-fi connection with a passkey already enabled. The internet services should get activated on immediate basis. Once the Network 1 or 2 is enabled again, the devices should move seamlessly to that network and hot spot should stop. Show less
