Responsibilities- I. Kolkata Metro (KMRCL) –Kolkata East West Metro Corridor • Coordination with KMRC project’s General Consultant & various designated Interfacing Contractors such as underground civil, elevated station civil, viaduct civil, power supply & 3rd rail, track-work, rolling stock, depot civil, E&M, roofing etc. to provide & gather technical information, to solve technical issues, product & system demonstrations, requirement clarifications and conflict resolutions. • Checking the engineering drawings for dimensional/ fitment. • For Wayside Signal (Like AFTC, AFOIIC, TWC, Point Machine, Crank Handle, LED Signals, Lifting Barrier Gate, etc) Engineering deliverables for the followings: Preparation of Signalling indoor & outdoor equipment Specifications. • Signalling Outdoor Equipment Installation (Like AFTC, AFOIIC, TWC, Point Machine, Crank Handle, LED Signals, Lifting Barrier Gate, etc) diagrams • Signal Interlocking/Scheme/bonding Plan designs. • Analysis requirement and compliances to customer specifications. • Prepare Method Statement for Wayside Equipment Installation. • Site testing and prototype testing of wayside equipments. • Attending meeting with client & sub-contractors to solve Engineering & Project issues. II. Northern Railway (IRPMU) – Between New Delhi to Agra Station • Installed TPWS On-Board System in 39 WAP-7/5 locomotives in GZB and LGD loco shed. • Responsible for TPWS On-board maintenance, leading team of 9 members. • Involved in installation of trackside system that is installation of LEU, Eurobalise and junction box. • Carried out the wiring of EVC, DMI Panel, Preparing the wiring harness as per wiring procedures. • Performed the bell test, IR test, HV test and functional level test of system. • Carried out the installation of EVC rack, BTM, Antenna and wheel sensors as per the installation procedures. • Signal Analysis of Audio signals on Digital & Analog Circuits by using CRO, Signal Generator & other Test Equ Show less
