  • Synthesised graphene by CVD technique, performed its electronic and optical characterisations. • To study the effect of metal nanoparticles on graphene’s Raman scattering modes, Raman measurements was performed on graphene samples with layers of silver nanoparticles on top, deposited by drop coating and followed the changes in D, G- and 2D peaks of graphene and monitored the Raman enhancement of graphene peaks. • Fabricated hall-bar device using UV-photolithography for electrical characterisation. • Experienced in Raman characterization of carbon materials, electronic measurements using Van der Pauw techniques, and optical measurements using integrating sphere technique.
