Key achievements:  Worked jointly with business finance team for price cascade restructuring & introduction of advance trade offer, leading to an annualized savings potential of BDT 70 mil (57 mil in VAT & 13 mil in distributor margin); reduction in distributor working capital by 1.5 days and improving distributor return on investment (ROI) by 3% (from 18% to 21%), this project was treated as one of best project in across Marico Ltd. in FY 16-17.  Received Marico Value Walker Award 2016 for automation of Trade led claims amounting to BDT 600 mil p.a., saving 1500 man hours and reduction in distributor claim settlement period by 20 days.  Received Marico Value Walker Award 2016 55% decrease in DD reimbursement cost (BDT 1.7 mil) by converting distributor payments from Demand Draft to Pay Order, Cash deposit & EFT. Depot Certification for MBL Bogra, Dhaka, Chittagong Depot as platinum and Comilla Depot as Gold Status as model depot operation. Received Marico Value Award (Aug’13) for successfully windup old Bogra depot from previous CFA and installed new depot in 2013.
