Working as an Operations Engineer at HNG Rishra. Looking after furnace operations including temperature maintenance, glass melting, troubleshooting problems like power failure, glass leakage, blisters elimination and glass colour variation along with overall furnace health monitoring. Preventive maintenance done regularly which includes regular check up and proper running of different essential equipment like blowers, motors, pump, coolers, oil heater etc. Man power management, shift roaster preparation and overall operational efficiency are also performed.

Looked after furnace operations including temperature maintenance, glass melting, troubleshooting problems like power failure, glass leakage, blisters elimination and glass colour variation along with overall furnace health monitoring. Preventive maintenance done regularly which included regular check up for proper running of different essential equipment like blowers, motors, pump, coolers, oil heater etc. Man power management, shift roaster preparation of operators and overall operational efficiency were also performed. Looked after Operations monitoring, operations management and process optimization of the Glass Tank Furnace, Tin Bath and Annealing lehar. Report preparation of various Glass plant management works. Data analysis and auditing of Autonomous Zone maintenance. Quality Auditing, Energy Auditing, Process auditing as well as the Statistical Process Control of various productions were performed regularly.

Worked at Tata Steel Limited as a Summer Intern on a R&D project- "Enhancement of Blast Furnace Trough Cover Campaign Life. " Studied several cycles of Trough Covers at different BFs. Carried out different required tests including Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). From the test results figured out causes and reasons behind the degradation of trough cover life.
