Here, I'm part of an R&D team that provides next-gen solutions for talent acquisition and workforce management to the Human Resources sector using Advanced NLP technologies, data science approach and intelligence layer (AI). Responsibilities: Data research, data annotation (labeling) and data validation tasks to support Data Science team. Using DataTurks open source online tool for the following data annotations: 1) Text Annotation i.e. Named Entity Recognition (NER) tagging in documents (full length document annotations -PDF, Doc, CSV & text files etc), POS labeling 2) Image Annotation (bounding box & segmentation), OCR Labeling AI-driven analysis on the internal HR automation tool. Testing the AI tool for accuracy, quality, speed, and it's stack ranking criteria. Running aggregated automated searches from multiple sources, analyzing the obtained data, validating it against given criteria & preparing reports.
