1. Talent Acquisition: - Working with the relevant stakeholders in the Business to ensure that the right talent is hired in a timely manner. 2. Capability Building: - Steering and driving the functions to upgrade skills and competencies for each role within the org. 4. HR Planning Budgeting: - Developing the overall HR strategy and annual plan for the business based on market requirements and corporate guidelines. 5. Organization Design: - Reviewing the organization structure along with the business teams, and advise the right structure to improve productivity, create leaner structure and improve communication flow. 6.Policy & Procedure: Reviewing & Preparing the organization policy & procedure in terms of Org. goal & objectives. 7. Performance Management: – Solely custodian of the Performance Management process for the business. In partnership with the different department Head and the Management Leadership team ensure that the business priorities and objectives are cascaded to the individuals in a timely and accurate manner. 8. Learning and Development: - Ensuring proper execution of the Learning and Development initiatives by working collaboratively with the different department at the Factory and corporate to deliver best in class training content relevant to the Business needs. 9. Industrial Relations: - Assist in developing a robust IR strategy and ensure execution and periodic review. Active oversight of Employee/Industrial Relations matters at the factory and working closely with the Plant Leadership teams through HRBP. 10. HR Budget: - Prepare and monitor the HR Budget, review staffing / structures periodically and ensure that the Budgets and Plans are suitably modified to cater to the changing business needs. 11. Business Operations: A. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of org. mission, vision, goal & strategy- specifically, support better management reporting, info. flow, business process and org. planning.
