  Co-founding Care Hires, I identified a critical need within the care industry to revolutionise how temporary staff are hired. The existing methods, often reliant on cumbersome paper trails, word of mouth, emails, or other manual processes, failed to deliver the efficiency and high-quality care standards that patients deserve and that businesses operating on tight margins need. Responding to this challenge, we created the Care Hires platform. The system digitally connects care providers with agencies that supply temporary staff, streamlining the hiring process for both parties. It automatically identifies qualified and available staff for specific shifts, allowing providers to efficiently select the personnel they require. Our mobile app provides staff with the ability to receive information and update their status, enabling real-time reporting and offering care providers an unprecedented level of control over their staffing. This platform not only increases transparency but also presents opportunities for cost savings. Moreover, it ensures worker compliance requirements are met in the most efficient way possible. After Kanabo's acquisition of The GP Service, I assumed the role of Chief Product Officer. In this capacity, I've been instrumental in expanding the telemedicine platforms into an international service and developing platforms for other therapeutic areas. My responsibilities also include providing ongoing technical support and development for existing GP services, thereby leveraging my expertise in digital health tech to further the company's mission.
