We do some research about Cultural Heritage buildings and site assets in Indonesia. We trace the history in order to reconstruct or revitalize Cultural Heritage by working with several stakeholders to utilize their assets. We publish some of our research in international conferences and journals.As the project coordinator, I able to:1. Helping the Professor Leader Research Proposal including research timeline, budget, output.2. Ensuring the research are runs on timeline and budget.3. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (PT TIMAH Tbk, Department of Tourism and Culture Bangka Belitung, Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif “Tourism and Creative Economy Agency”, and Local Historian), making sure that they reach their targets.4. Creating and reviewing MoU or Collaboration contract within stakeholders/consultant (Legal).5. Providing Administrative and operational support for team (Business Trip, Accomodation, Reimbursement).6. Providing information from related stakeholders to improve the research data7. Defining project needs and recruiting external parties or experts if needed.
