I was working as a senior manager for the contact centre in Dubai at EITC – Emirates integrated Telecommunication Company (du). In my previous experience starting 2006 I started launching the contact centre from scratch, including: location site preparation, Call centre platform , ACD , IVR designs , system capacity , team dimensioning , recruitment and fulfillment , training design , establishing processes and procedures , setting up operations rules and regulations and was also cross-functionally involved in the implementation of numerous telecommunications systems within du, such as, fault management, workforce management, customer relationship management (CRM), helpdesk management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. In addition, I was fully responsible for the Outsource accounts design, develop and implement all the outsource phases including SL agreement, design documents and outsource partner’s evaluation.

Zain group owns more than 11 telecommunication operators in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
