Namratha Nayak
Sukruth and I worked together in the same laboratory. We had the opportunity to brain storm together and arrive at interdisciplinary solutions applicable to a variety of projects. His work in design, and practicality in manufacturing have been especially useful in the timely and efficient realization of numerous projects. We continue our insightful discussions even after his departure from the Institute. Additionally, Sukruth has been a very positive person to have on the team. Even in the toughest of situations he has been able to lift our spirits up, to go seek the challenging goals. I find that this is a very rare quality in people. He is definitely a keeper.

Mr. Sukruth Sripada worked at mechatronics lab, department of electronic systems engineering, IISc from December 2016 to August 2018. He worked on numerous projects with great enthusiasm pertaining to mechanical design/ product development. His contribution particularly in the project on development of microneedle array based drug delivery system funded by IMPRINT scheme of Government of India was phenomenal, in which I have been working for the past 4 years. He is a passionate engineer and technically competent to independently drive the project to the logical end. At the same time, he is also a humble team player with good communication skills. I strongly recommend Sukruth for a technically challenging role in any organization. I am presently working as a doctoral research student in the above mentioned organization.
