Conduct 1/2 days mini induction training to the newly recruited Rep/ASM s Conduct 8 days Basic Training Program for newly recruited Rep/ASM/RSMs. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes imparted and document it. Joint field work with ASMs of the zone. Observe & Document the coaching behaviours exhibited by the ASMs at each stage of the JFW viz., PRE WORK, PRE CALL, DURING THE CALL, POST CALL, END OF THE DAY & END OF THE JFW. Accordingly, identify the training needs of the ASMs. Follow up by sending post JFW mails to the ASM on the key points discussed. Update the Zonal Manager & NTM/GM after every JFW session with the ASMs Support the Zonal Managers with area wise knowledge scores during their meetings/reviews. Prepare medical/selling/marketing questions to develop the question bank & conduct the Knowledge Drive. Analyse the Knowledge Drive scores, identify the low scorers and derive an action plan for their improvement. Conduct the training sessions & facilitate the ASM/RSMs to conduct the detailing sessions & role plays in the cycle workshop meetings. Provide feedback to the PMT on the impact of strategies and competitor activities. In Coordination with area manager to fill vacancies, interview prospective candidates and documents.
