I worked with Land Sterling in Dubai, who are Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors and concentrate on providing professional real estate services across the Middle East, Northern Africa and Europe region. I was part of Property Valuations team and undertook both Residential and Commercial Property Valuations. My duties were to undertake initial market research, inspect the subject property and prepare valuation reports. Further I worked on Hotel Valuation assignments wherein I carried market research and inspection of the property, and assisted in preparing valuation reports. I have a detailed understanding of RICS Valuation standards, International Property Measurement Standards and Mortgage laws prevailing in Dubai. I worked with Krishna Developers Pvt. Ltd a subsidiary of Vijay Khetan Group in Mumbai who is a reputed developer in Mumbai concentrating on residential and commercial developments across the region. I was part of Commercial Leasing (Office Space) team and undertook an investigation to check Lease Agreements and other initial due diligence about Covenants. Also worked in harmony with International Property Consultants and Channel Partners to lease the office space in given premises. My other responsibilities were to carry out weekly marketing mailer, ensure the subject property is in a good condition before inspection, negotiate on commercial terms in a lease, and update the CRM Software to ensure smooth registration of both Channel Partner and client.
