Have worked as a BI professional for Flight Centre client through DWS. My responsibilities include the following. Ø Create SSIS packages to Extract, Transform and load the data from 7 source systems into CIM data warehouse. This includes the history and delta load for Type 1 and Type 2 Dimension tables. Ø Develop SSIS packages to extract the data into csv format for the downstream systems to consume. The data is at the downstream is used by the Salesforce team for marketing purposes Ø Create SSIS packages to handle De-Duplication process or Golden Record Merge processing for the common customer profiles from more than one source system. Load data into the dimension tables by eliminating the duplicates and by choosing the attributes based on the business rules. Ø Generate SSRS reports out of CIM based on the requirements Ø Enhancements to the existing the SSAS cubes so that it includes the measures for the New Zealand (NZ) region in addition to the Australia (AU) region data.
