Undertaking Site Surveys Coordinating with main contractor about the site Conditions after site survey and check the site area for material delivery and Storage. Ensure the Quality and finish of the Material is as per the approved submittal before delivery Ensure the material is stored and protected after delivery. MIR (Materials Inspection Report) generation from consultant after the delivery of materials Check the Site condition after the MIR approval and Coordinate With Main Contractor for the access availability (Scaffolding,Cradles) for the installation of the Building Maintenance Unit System Coordinate With Safety Officers and submitting the necessary documents for safety induction of Staffs Oversee Safety Protocols and ensure all the personnel adhere to Safety Protocols before and after the installation process. Supervising Staffs( Forman, Technicians) at site for the installation of the BMU Systems Manpower allocation at site for Installation. Coordinating with Project Engineers and Project Managers for Solving Technical problems Reporting the daily progress to Project Engineers and Project Manager. Coordination With Other Subcontractors (Cladding, Steel Structure, GRC, Fall Ceiling ) and marking the locations of the BMU Supports before the installations of (Cladding, Steel Structure, GRC, Fall Ceiling ) Ensure The works are carried as per Approved shop drawing and Material Submittals Maintain Site Documentation Check the overall Clearance of the Site and Coordinate with Main Contractor and Consultant for Schedule of 3rd party Inspections WIR ( Work Inspection Report) approval For Installation & Testing Attending Weekly Progress Meetings at site Payment Follow Ups Coordinating For the Equipment handover to Client/Main Contractor After Consultant approval and payment Logistics Planning Show less
