Suhru joined us to help build new data connections and automations, and thanks to her efforts we were able to create a few important new capabilities. She also helped us set up some new development tools to improve our build processes. I was impressed by Suhru's proactive nature, especially when seeking feedback and coaching. She took the initiative in asking for, and then pursuing, some learning paths outside of Cinchy (online courses) that I had suggested. She showed a lot of desire to learn, and she was quick to understand and apply the training that she received. Finally, Suhru also worked very well across various teams, and went out of her way on more than one occasion to help other team members.
