I have worked closely with Suhani on multiple different projects and one of the things that stood out to me immediately when I first met her was how committed she was to everything she would work on. I have always seen her do everything she can in her power to accomplish whatever goal or objective we were working on. Not only does she always go above and beyond, she's the type of person who lifts and supports the people around her and lets them shine in their own way. Her leadership abilities cannot be understated and her open and transparent communication style makes it easy to problem solve challenges or obstacles as they come up. While working with Suhani, I have seen firsthand how dedicated she is to the growth and development of both the team and herself. There were multiple times throughout the year where Suhani would go out of her way to ensure that other team members had the support and resources they needed in order to succeed, and the fact that this was not her responsibility speaks to her dedication and leadership abilities. I truly believe Suhani would be an invaluable asset to any team or organization she works on and I cannot recommend her enough!
