  The Position: as a member of the Company management team, the Technical Manager will oversee all Clay and Glaze formulation, R&D, Samples and Moulds production, Packaging solutions, Method and Production process streamlining and automation activities. The Technical Manager will assist the Production Director in implementing and managing new production lines as well as the new factory layout.
