• Analyze and update the Thomson fly Integrated Engineering System (IES) and Airline Maintenance Operating System( AMOS), for all A-Check, C-Check Work-packs, Flight Logs and Work-orders for the entire 65 aircraft in the Thomson fly fleet, (B737 Classics, B737 NG's, B757, B767), in accordance with EASA Part 145 and Part M and Sub Part G. This includes work carried out, removal and fitment details, Service Bulletins (SB’s). • Keep note of all the Deferred Defects (DD's) and Additional Deferred Defects (ADD's). • Analyze and enter 3rd Party transactions. • Priorities any situations with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) issues • To verify Flight Log hours and cycles against IDPS as well as component certification. • Accurately transcribe component removal and fitments and carry out component changes for consumable/ life limited parts, and rotable components. • To update the AMOS system within a 3 hour deadline and priorities all Out of Phase Checks (OOP's) to help the planning department set fleet maintenance plans. • Check and store all Certificate of Release to Service (CRS’s), (From 1). • Check the daily Maintenance Schedule Planner Chart (produced by the planning department) and keep pro-active approach to incoming maintenance checks and check packs. • Update, manage and enter any Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) data into IES and AMOS or Excel spreadsheet if need be by monitoring trends. • Understand and enter ATA codes against associating defects. • To understand and enter embodiment status of mandatory tasks. • Adapt to any changes required on a day to day basis, and maintain accuracy of procedures with knowledge and ability to raise Mandatory Occurrence Reports (MOR) required. • Liaise by telephone, e-mail and weekly conference calls with the line engineers at all the 12 UK Line Stations to discuss and adapt processes to the ever changing maintenance environment. • Practice/Understanding of CAPT 19 and 20.
