As the Marketing & PR Head, I lead a team of 80 social entrepreneurs where we work on increasing our outreach. We also work on maintaining cordial relations with existing collaborators and simultaneously look for potential collaborators and publications. During the festival season, we also ideate & implement various festive campaigns where we provide the customers with a sustainable alternative to existing products in the market. This also helps our beneficiaries to earn an extra income and live a dignified life. Our current NGO partners are Stop NGO, Greenbandhu, various rural communities etc. Show less

Counselling Psychology Intern

During my internship, I gained a comprehensive understanding of various disorders as outlined in the ICD and DSM. I participated in role plays and real-life case studies, enhancing my practical skills in counseling psychology. I was also taught in detail about skills of a counsellor, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Art Therapy & Play Therapy. I was selected amongst fellow interns to collaborate with my supervisor in delivering a workshop on POCSO to teachers at D.A.V. Centenary Public School, Chander Nagar. This experience allowed me to contribute to raising awareness about a critical issue within the community. In partnership with Warriors Without Cause NGO, I actively participated in a mental health awareness initiative, aimed at reducing stigma and promoting open discussions about mental well-being. These experiences have solidified my passion for counseling psychology and have equipped me with valuable insights for future endeavors in the field. Show less
