Sugandika joined our project as a Test lead / tester. As this was a newly started project, she had to find her way forward herself, from establishing relationships, understanding the solution and requirements to how to do the job. And she really did. The project was a real global project with participants from California to New Zealand. This gave another dimension to the project with cultures and time-zones, but again Sugandika dealt with it as the most natural thing. Always eager to move on, eager to take responsibility and learn. She quickly took on new tasks and took the responsibility without any hesitation and by that also expanded her job scope to include more than testing. I think she’s at her best when the workload is

Sugandika joined my Automation and Application Security/Performnace team for a short period. Within no time she not only picked my Department's operational and coordination tasks but on the side started looking into Test Automation. While practicing automation, she also looked into other performance evaluation tools like Loadrunner. With just hours of practice, she picked into Automation with Selenium/Python. This girl has a greatht future ahead and with her bright mind and dedication I am sure she will add value wherever she gets the proper opportunity to do so.
