  Key Deliverables of the Role:  Development of new products and improvements in formulations of existing products and packaging.  Product development / stability studies  Packaging materials development / stability studies  Product technology transfer from development stage to commercial batch scale to third party manufacturing location  For any new packaging change, machine change parts requirement and vendor identification.  Provide technical support to production / QA at third party manufacturing sites & at corporate office  Preparation of product dossier (Batch Manufacturing / Packing records / Raw Materials / Packaging materials / Finished products release specifications & testing methods / validation documents)  Handling non-medical consumer complaints  Review & approval of promotional materials  Interaction with vendors for products / material sourcing.  Interaction with various internal functions such as Marketing, Sales, Quality Control, Legal, Medical, Production, Procurement, etc. Show less
