   Responsible and lead for proper preparation and implementing of the M&E plan in the field level, supervising the work of the field MEAL section in the collection, compilation and consolidation and analysis of data in the field as per the organization, partner and donor standard;  Responsible for compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual action plan and reports of the field office as whole as per the government and donor format;  Actively ensure networking and sharing of lessons from UE-SHARE programs with strategic partners and other stakeholders including government  Act as key MEAL liaison in SHARE consortium partners meeting and communication;  Facilitate the preparations of projects Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP);  Provide guidance and support to CISP staff in preparing and submitting timely quality progress reports;  lead and manage participatory process to establish CISP –Borena field coordination office MEAL and information management system;  In collaboration with other staff responsible for beneficiary profiling that children, women and other vulnerable community members are included in all MEAL activities and the development and maintenance of appropriate database to track the impact of the project;  Working closely with the project consortium members (GOAL Ethiopia and ACF), Yabello Dry Land Agriculture Research Center, government partner, private sector partners, and the Borena Cluster NGOs in respect to improve cross-learning among different projects and programs;  Participate in program design and proposal development, development research, assessment, case studies & success stories;  Performs other additional duties as assigned by the project coordinator and the country office technical manager as per the organization policy and procedure; Show less
