Have the ability to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and propose to clients. Pre-event preparations includes: 1. Liaising with contractors, suppliers, partners & vendors. 2. Preparing all mandatory paperwork i.e. licenses and permits 3. Ensuring all logistic requirements are met and confirmed with contractors before heading down for setup. Being present throughout the whole process, from top to bottom, pre-event, setup, production of event, teardown and backend paperwork i.e. payouts etc. Working hand in hand with operations/technical crew in terms of AV requirements and props crew in terms of collaterals and décor requirements. More inclined or skewed towards technical events that heavily requires AV support. Events involved/managed/produced ranges from D&Ds, Awards Nights, Gala Dinners, Conferences and Seminars to Team Bonding Activities, Exhibitions, Concerts, Family Days/Carnivals and Sporting Events.
