Collaborated with the 18-person leadership team to communicate and escalate issues highlighted by members to the executive advisory committee of nine company vice presidents.

Reviewed and handled legal escalations, legal marketing review, arbitration notices, and program opt outs.Acted as a primary legal contact for the company’s $1 billion commitment to Grow with Google by reviewing public materials and negotiating contracts with partners and vendors. Project managed 150 multi-million dollar AdWords clients through accounting for expiring terms and conditions, inputting global data protection regulations, and managing non-standard service agreements. Worked with Credit and outside counsel to intake bankruptcy notices and ensure insolvent entities followed proper legal procedures; saved Google $3.5 million in 2017 alone by enforcing these processes.

Pioneered and fostered cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, and Vendors while mentoring and training new team members.Acted as a West Coast Team Lead and ran bi-weekly meetings for 30 local team members. Proposed and carried out a week-long immersion event to improve the technical skills of managers, receiving satisfied ratings from all involved parties and green-lighting the program to launch globally.
